TELLIER BRISE-SOLEIL provides a personalised, bespoke approach to every project, because every renovation and new-build project is unique.

 

Based in Chemillé-en-Anjou (49), TELLIER BRISE-SOLEIL is a French manufacturer of solar shading, facade cladding, screening and ventilation solutions. With 19 years of experience and more than 1,000 projects completed per year, we have acquired genuine expertise and recognized skills in the design and manufacture of :

We support our customers at every stage of their project (feasibility studies, structural calculations and technical documentation .) with a "tailor-made" service for the successful execution of the project, from design to delivery of the ready-to-install product.

In October 2018, TELLIER BRISE-SOLEIL joined the Groupe ADEXSI*, France's leading specialist in natural smoke ventilation  and natural energy management. With 650 employees worldwide, a turnover of 150 million euros in 2021, 8 production sites and 3 R&D centers equipped with energy simulation tools, ADEXSI is one of the major players in the fields of fire safety, natural smoke ventilation, roof lighting and building energy management, along with its subsidiaries BLUETEK, SOUCHIER-BOULLET and TELLIER BRISE-SOLEIL.

Finally, TELLIER BRISE-SOLEIL's new industrial site includes 5,000 m² of production area and is equipped with automated 750-location storage and retrieval system (AS/RS)  of 1,360 m² and a height of 14 meters. This automated storage system using stacked trays enables the storage of a significant number of our aluminum profiles. This stock management and logistics solution guarantees optimal lead times in product manufacturing.

Thanks to its knowledge and state-of-the-art equipment, TELLIER BRISE-SOLEIL manufactures solar protection, facade cladding, screening and ventilation products for the most demanding building applications. Its expertise in the complex cutting of aluminum profiles and precision industrial machining is the result of experience gained through 7,500 projects carried out for building professionals.

The TELLIER BRISE-SOLEIL machinery fleet ensures a very high level of quality and reliability in product manufacturing. It includes :

  • 3 double-head saws,
  • 1 large-dimension single-head saw,
  • 2 single-head saws, 1 band saw,
  • 1 frame-crimping machine,
  • 1 automatic punching machine,
  • 6 pneumatic punching machines,

  • 2 TIG-MIG welding stations,

This is a complete, tailor-made service that can include full assemblies, built and tested in our workshop to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

 

History

  • In November 2004, creation of the company TELLIER BRISE-SOLEIL, specialized in the design and manufacture of architectural sunshades, louvered cladding and ventilation grilles.

  • In December 2011, completion of the 1st architectural sunshade project with adjustable louvers, automatically controlled by a BMS (reference: MACIF Management Center, NIORT 79).

  • In September 2014, launch of the range of profiles with concealed fixings.

  • In July 2016, launch of the 1st AUSTRALE sliding shutter range designed for the residential sector.

  • In October 2018, integration of TELLIER BRISE-SOLEIL into the ADEXSI Group, leader in France for smoke exhaust and natural energy management.

  • In January 2019, launch of the 2nd BORÉALE sliding shutter range designed for the commercial sector.

  • In March 2020, integration of TELLIER BRISE-SOLEIL's fixed and mobile shading solutions into the global GENATIS offer dedicated to natural building energy management.

  • In February 2022, handover of TELLIER BRISE-SOLEIL's new production facility equipped with a stacker crane in CHEMILLÉ-EN-ANJOU near ANGERS (49). This industrial project marks a new step in the company's growth.
