Aluminium louvered façade cladding featuring FL700C clip-on louvers.
Providing total privacy while allowing airflow, our continuous louvers profiles allow you to create a privacy screen for your industrial equipment.They create a screen to protect (rain-screen effect) and conceal unsightly elements of a building.
Structural design :
The spans indicated are calculated according to the climatic loads of Technical Sheet (FT) n°45 (wind zone 2, terrain category III b, altitude < 9, i.e., a W50 wind pressure of 475 Pa) and according to the dimensioning criteria of FT n°43.
Sunshade application available on request.
- Louvers : 6060 T6 Aluminium, extruded (N 573-3).
Other shapes and sections available on request.
- Powder coating to the RAL colour chart (60–80 microns)
- Anodized (20 microns)
Our finishes are certified: Qualicoat, Seaside, Qualimarine and Qualanod.

Façad'Ligne louvered cladding is composed of :
- Supporting profiles : TR8x30, TR15x30, TR50x30, TR50x50 and TR80x50 ;
- Profile supports
- Z-shaped louvers: FL700C
The supporting profile is defined according to the technical study.
The fixing system of this louvered cladding allows for quick and easy implementation of the elements :
- Louver supports are delivered pre-mounted on the supporting profiles
- Supporting profiles equipped with louver supports should be fixed to the facade
- Louvers to be clipped onto the louver supports
- Assembly is the responsibility of the customer
